Satin black powder coated finish. Dimpled and drilled for internal wiring. With smooth inside corners to prevent wiring damage and ease in wiring pull-through. Works with or without e-throttle.

Note: Fits models with 1" diameter riser clamp area only.
Fits: > 1982-2021 Harley Davidson mech & e-throttle (excl. 88-11 Springers; 82-21 Touring) with 1" I.D. risers
