Standard 1.4kW rated starter, with an offset gear reduction system to start higher compression motors in combination with the stock battery. This is in contrast to many High kW starters, which will usually require a stronger battery to actually generate the power they are rated for. All Balls starters are manufactured in the USA and Canada.
