This is truly an extreme cable! Sumax battery cables consist of superthick 4 gauge cable to supply maximum electricity to the startermotor; but still flexible since it is made of over 2000(!) bare copper strands. Cables are covered by a synthetic thermo rubber jacket. Terminals are closed barrel style; with tin plated copper eyelets which are sealed with black heat shrinktubing to prevent moisture problems.
